Conditions d'affiliation

1. Relationship

You act as an independent affiliate, not as an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of RankUpList / Connect & Create. Nothing in this program creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

2. Commission and Payment

Commission rate, duration, attribution method, payment schedule, minimum payout, and payment method are as stated in your individual affiliate agreement / the Program Info Sheet. RankUpList reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission on sales later refunded, charged back, or found to involve fraudulent or non-genuine traffic (including but not limited to self-referrals, bot traffic, or coupon-code stuffing).

3. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to the commissions you receive. RankUpList does not withhold taxes on your behalf and does not provide tax advice.

4. Use of Brand and Marketing Materials

• You may reference the RankUpList name and provided marketing materials solely to promote the program, following the Promotional Guidelines in the Info Sheet.
• You may not register domains, social handles, or ad campaigns that could be confused with an official RankUpList presence.
• You may not imply that you are RankUpList staff or an official representative beyond your affiliate status.

5. Term and Termination

Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with notice by email. RankUpList may suspend or terminate an affiliate immediately, without notice, in case of violation of these terms or the Promotional Guidelines (including fraudulent activity). Commission properly earned before termination, for genuine sales, remains payable under the standard payment schedule.

6. No Guarantee

RankUpList makes no guarantee regarding the number of sales, conversions, or earnings an affiliate will achieve through participation in the program.

7. Data Protection

Personal data you provide (name, email, promotional channel) is used solely to administer the affiliate program and process payments, in line with applicable data protection law (including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR). Data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required to process payments.

8. Changes to the Program

RankUpList may update commission terms or these Terms for future sales; changes will not retroactively reduce commission already earned on completed sales.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
