We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Rank Up List paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Visit paddle.net or contact info@sititicino.ch and we will assist you.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal (Billing → Manage payment & invoices). Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
