These Terms govern your use of the Rank Up List service (the "Service"), operated by connect and create ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides AI-generated suggestions for Etsy listing titles, descriptions and tags, based on inputs you provide and public web signals. Outputs are suggestions only; you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing on Etsy.

2. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
• No infringement of third-party intellectual property.
• No probing, scraping, malware injection or security interference.
• You are responsible for the inputs you submit and how you use the outputs.

3. Generative AI

AI outputs may be inaccurate or infringe third-party rights. You must verify accuracy and rights before publication. We may filter, refuse or remove content that violates these Terms. Users are responsible for their prompts and use of outputs.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or repeated policy violations.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding and documentation are owned by the Seller. You retain rights over your inputs; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, taxes, invoicing and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months. We exclude indirect, consequential or special damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time via the customer portal. On termination, access ceases and your account data may be exported for 30 days then deleted.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction.
